During our “Empowering Business Assurance with Artificial Intelligence” catalyst, participants will address use cases dealing with issues as diverse as fraud, credit scoring, provisioning assurance and customer experience

For the 5th time since joining the TM Forum, WeDo Technologies will be collaborating with service provider champions and industry partners in developing and demonstrating a TM Forum Live! catalyst project.

For the unaware, “catalysts” are proof-of-concept projects designed to demonstrate how to address industry issues by leveraging key TM Forum best practices and standards. TM Forum members come together, as solution vendors and communication service providers (CSPs), in order to create and show-off innovative solutions for the topic at hand.

At TM Forum Live Asia! 2017 in Singapore, on December 5th-7th, WeDo Technologies and our project partners will present the culmination of 6 months of crafting new solutions which take full advantage of artificial intelligence, machine learning and big data analytics. These will aim to address revenue assurance and fraud management challenges, improve customer experience and increase digital service provider (DSP) revenues and margins.

During our “Empowering Business Assurance with Artificial Intelligence” catalyst, participants will address use cases dealing with issues as diverse as fraud, credit scoring, provisioning assurance and customer experience.

According to Rene Felber, Head of Risk & Assurance at Telia Finland, “this Catalyst contributes to internal transparency and control, which are important for assuring our company’s business and customer experience in times of transformation. It uses new technologies and a data centric focus on the customer, for both end-customers and business partners alike. These solutions will increase the sharing of data centric and strategic insights across the organization, originating from cross-functional achievements”.
